On your turn...

  1. Choose a card from your hand, place it face down
  2. Take an action, using the chosen card
    • build the structure of the card by playing it face up
      Note: you cannot build the same structure twice.
    • build a stage of your Wonder by partially tucking the card under the board, face down
    • take three coins from the bank; discard your card face down
  3. Move on to the next hand; take the hand of cards given by your neighbor. Passing direction is clockwise for Age I, counter-clockwise for Age II, and clockwise for Age III.
Note: on the sixth game turn of each Age, the last card is not passed: it is discarded, face down.

Final Scoring

At the end of Age III, once all the conflict tokens are handed out, the players total their victory points. Victory points are indicated by the number surrounded by laurel weathing.

  2. 1 point for every 3 coins
  3. Points earned for each constructed Wonder stage
  4. Points indicated on blue cards
  5. Points indicated on yellow cards
  6. Points indicated on purple cards
  7. Science structures:
    • for each of the three symbols, suit points equal the square of the number of cards in the set
    • 7 points for each set of three different symbols
